Gavin is an owner and the president of the recreation companies overseeing all the lodge, transportation, and office operations for Bar 10. He loves the Grand Canyon and calls the Arizona Strip “Home”!

Kelly is an owner and the president of the agricultural companies overseeing all cattle ranch operations and Bar 10 Beef sales. He has a passion for livestock and horses and definitely has a “green” thumb!

JD Started working in 2015 as one of the seasonal employees and in 2017 became a manager out at the ranch. In his own words: “Sometimes when I am riding an ATV around the Grand Canyon, it hits me, I’m getting paid right now. Incredible.” He hopes to work another 10 with the Bar 10.

Wade started with Bar 10 in 2023 working the agricultural side of the business and then transitioned to operational manager in 2025 at the lodge. He loves making friends and swapping stories with those who come out to the lodge.

Jack & Julie joined the Bar 10 Team in 2023. They’ve been married 33 yrs, have 6 kids & 3 grandkids. Jack was introduced to the Bar 10 Ranch when he used to fly in to pick up guests while working as a pilot for Lake Powell Air. After becoming empty nesters, they saw a posting for the position of Resident Managers at Bar 10 and the rest is history. They love being part of the Bar 10 family and serving the amazing people that come to visit.

Sarah has worked for the Bar 10 Ranch since 2005 and has experienced everything from being a host, cook, cashier, ATV/UTV guide, etc., at the lodge to her current position in the office as the Director of Reservations. She loves to meet new people in person or over the phone and enjoys helping them put together trips of a lifetime to Bar 10 and the Grand Canyon!

Brenda has worked for Bar 10 Ranch since 2006 and has done a little of everything that needs to be done in the office. She oversees the ordering of inventory & supplies for the trading post, office, and lodge. She is always willing to help to get things done and simply takes care of everyone.

Jeff started with the Bar 10 Ranch as a seasonal employee with the lodge operation and then at the end of 2024 he moved to the office to take on the role of Controller. Aside from learning new skills both at the ranch and now in the office, Jeff is grateful for the amazing opportunities he has had to meet wonderful people from all over the world as he has been able to share this beautiful corner of the world with them.
